Why do I see 'Your requested professional is not available at the moment' error?
It means that either
(i) Sibidharan is already on another call
(ii) Sibidharan has their availability turned off.
Please note that your money will be refunded if you see this error. For refund related queries please contact support.
At this time, a lot of people might try sending out a request during the availability slot. We are working hard to let you schedule calls in the future.

Why was my request not accepted by Kulraaj Anand?
If your request went unaccepted and expired after 10 minutes then it means that

My debit/credit card not accepted on the app. What to do?
(i) We accept only VISA and Mastercard debit and credit cards at this moment. If your card isn’t one of the above types – your card would most likeley be declined. We request you to try again with a VISA/Mastercard card.
(ii) Please check if you have online domestic transactions enabled for your card.
(iii) Please check if you have sufficient funds in your account.
Why does it say my coupon code is 'invalid'?
The coupon code is a one time use code and it will not work for your second consultation.
If you did not consult before and if the coupon isn’t working – reachout to us.
What are best practices during the call? How to ensure my call doesn't drop in between?
(i) Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. It is not advised to have the call while travelling.
(ii) Since it is most likely to be a video consultation, we recommend you to stay located at a professional environment.
(iii)In case of internet switch/reset, or of you are not able to hear or see the other party clearly during the call – here is a way to troubleshoot:
1. Minimize the call window.
2. Close the app.
Please DO NOT CLICK ON THE END CALL button. Clicking on the end call will terminate the call and you won’t be able to join back. Therefore, just minimize it and close the app.
3. After 5 seconds, restart the app.
4. Under the activity tab below – you should see a green tile that says ‘Join ongoing call’.
You have a 2 minute window to rejoin the call after closing the app.
In cases when you drop out of the call and don’t rejoin within 2 minutes or if one of the participants network connection is very weak – the call will be terminated automatically.
